Stop enjoying the free meals

Give up all that you are getting, and then you will have
no obligation to serve the expectations of others.

As long as you are getting much from somebody,
you will have to give much as well.

There are no free lunches.

And nobody pressurizes anybody,
if he knows that he does not have
the authority to pressurize.
